The Water Troll II ®, is a second generation in-soil moisture detector for home or professional irrigation systems, providing significant water savings at a very economical cost.

The Water Troll II provides a better method of preventing over watering than that provided by the roof mounted rain monitor.  These devices are notoriously inaccurate and are very short-lived due to Texas' severely hot summers and high UV ray exposure.  People in this area can have a lot of foliage loss due to over watering.  Much of this loss may in part be attributed to our heavy clay soils which retain water far longer than people may have experienced in other parts of the country.  Once again, as roof mounted rain monitors are not designed to deal with different soil types, their use in our area does not yield good results.

The Ice Maiden® is a professional ice monitor and multifunction irrigation system control unit.  Use it with or without a Water Troll to accurately turn off sprinkler systems when the temperature drops towards freezing.  Additional accessories let you automatically turn off sprinklers in other situations such as when it is too windy to water, when decorative (or drainage) ponds reach critical levels, or when you get water runoff in a specific location.

The Drop Stopper® is an emergency use external faucet, providing semi-permanent prevention of drips from that leaking external faucet.
