About Us

AquaSys, Inc. is a Texas Class C Corporation founded in 2006.  AquaSys® makes water conservation products for homes and businesses.  Our home office is located in Garland, Texas, a suburban city Northeast of Dallas.  AquaSys was founded by retired Managers and Members of Texas Instruments' Research and Development Staff with 100 years of combined experience in military and industrial electronics.  

AquaSys® was created to provide products and services that assist people and organizations better manage their environments.  Our initial products concentrate on water conservation.  This is an important endeavor because the West and Southwest are prone to severe droughts that frequently last for many years. The local media often report on the serious strain on available water supplies, and local government's various measures to deal with this shortage.  We believe that the products our company offers address these serious concerns at an economical price.

Our third product is the Ice Maiden®, an extreme conditions detector for use with home irrigation systems.  The intent of this product is to provide a better method for limiting watering (and increasing safety) than that provided by the roof mounted ice monitor.  These devices are notoriously inaccurate and are very short-lived due to Texas' severely hot summers and high UV ray exposure.  In addition to providing for irrigation cut-off due to low temperature, the Ice Maiden provides an access point so that other instrumentation can shut off irrigation with other extreme situations arise.
